The new Apple Watch Series 6 will most likely be unveiled by Apple at the “Time Flies” event on Tuesday, September 15th. Now a leaker has spoken out again.
The well-known and usually accurate leaker @L0vetodream published a series of posts on Twitter this morning that are quite interesting. Although his tweets sound a bit cryptic, the whole thing is pretty easy to assign based on previous rumors. First and foremost, he claims that the new Apple Watch Series 6 will be available in a new color. He did not specify which one it will be, however. But due to the blue apple logo, the color blue does not seem so unrealistic. In addition, Apple is also planning to offer the iPhone 12 Pro in blue, as some leakers report. Therefore, the idea of a blue Apple Watch seems most likely - or does it?
Sleep monitoring requires more battery
He also promised a quick-charge function for a new Apple product. Correct – this time too, he did not provide any further details. But here too, it is possible to make sense. Apple will introduce the long-awaited sleep monitoring in watchOS 7. This means that users will probably have to charge the watch before going to sleep. For this reason, it would be an advantage if future Apple Watch models have a quick-charge function. It is possible that the sixth generation of the popular smartwatch will already offer the feature. Delivery then takes place a week later. But there are exceptions. Sometimes Apple releases new products on the evening of the event. Whether that will be the case on Tuesday remains to be seen.
iPad Air 4 could become more expensive
The anonymous leaker also stated that there will be an Apple product that will be available for $569 to $599. He did not say which product exactly. But here too, the whole thing is easy to assign. According to previous reports, Apple is planning to present the iPad Air 4 and iPad 8 on this day. The price for the iPad Air 4 has already been put at around $599. It can therefore be assumed that this device is meant. Earlier this month, @L0vetodream claimed that no Apple Watch would be released this month. Given the current reporting, he seems to have been mistaken on this point.
