Apple introduced the Powerbeats Pro about a year ago. Now the wireless headphones could get four new colors.
The colleagues from iMore have discovered a post on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, which suggests that Apple could offer the Powerbeats Pro in four new colors. According to this, the accessories will soon be available in cloud pink, glacier blue, spring yellow and lava red. An update of the Powerbeats Pro would not be completely ruled out, however, as Apple has already registered a new model in the databases of the American FCC and Malaysian SIRIM. According to speculation, this is the Powerbeats Pro 2 But there will supposedly be only minor differences. So the new colors could be part of the update.
An expansion of the existing range?
When Apple introduced the Powerbeats Pro last year, they were only available in black when they were launched. The range was only expanded later in the summer to include ivory white, moss green and navy blue. Inside is the H1 chip (known from the AirPods), which also supports the "Hey Siri" function. Powerbeats Pro offer up to nine hours of power between charges and up to 24 hours of battery life with the included case. Whether the new colour options will expand the existing range or replace it completely remains to be seen - if the post is even real. Do you want new headphones?
