Rumors about a new iPhone SE model have been circulating for many months. Now an analyst is repeating earlier predictions.
In his letter to investors, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo revealed details about many new Apple products expected in 2022. The iPhone SE was also mentioned.
We expect Apple to launch a new iPhone SE in 2023 with a larger display than the 4.7-inch display of the SE from 2022 and 4 GB of RAM (compared to 3 GB for the SE from 2022).

Kuo therefore expects Apple to announce a third-generation iPhone SE in the first half of 2022, which will continue to have the same 4.7-inch screen as the current model. A larger model, which has often been discussed in the past, is expected to follow in 2023. Kuo's predictions are largely in line with the wealth of rumors about the next generation of the iPhone SE. Display analyst Ross Young had previously said that Apple is working on a new 4.7-inch iPhone SE with 5G connectivity that will be launched in 2022, followed by an iPhone SE successor model with a 5.7- to 6.1-inch LCD display that will be released in either 2023 or 2024.
