We first read reports about an Apple event in March in October 2020. Now a leaker has given details.
The well-known Chinese leaker Kang (via DuanRuiAccording to Apple, Apple is planning to hold its first digital event of the year on March 23. It could unveil new third-generation AirPods, AirTags, and new iPad models. It was originally reported that Apple would hold an event on March 16, but Bloomberg has already stated that no event will take place on that date. Interestingly, Kang explained that Apple's event on March 23 will not be the only one. The OnePlus 9 is also expected to be unveiled on that day.
Apple Event: Official announcement still pending
Due to the ongoing global pandemic, Apple's event is expected to be held digitally and streamed live via the website and the official YouTube channel. Official details about Apple's event are of course not yet known. If the date is correct, the company will make an official announcement next week at the latest. Shortly after Kang posted the date March 23 on Twitter, YouTuber Jon Prosser followed suit. He also highlighted March 23. Kang is generally considered a very reliable and reputable source.
