The well-informed TFI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has reported back at the start of the week regarding the iPhone SE 2. He reveals the price and features.
The successor to the popular iPhone SE will most likely debut in spring 2020 - Kuo has already hinted at this. The small entry-level iPhone will appear in the iPhone 8 housing - the display diagonal would therefore be 4.7 inches. But how much will the device cost? Kuo now claims to have found out this too. The starting price for the successor to the iPhone SE will be 399 US dollars. The device will be available in silver, space gray and red with 64 GB or optionally 128 GB.
The mini iPhone is powered by the A13 chip with a total of 3 GB of RAM. Of course, it will not have 3D Touch but will also rely on Haptic Touch - emphasized Kuo. Face ID is also not to be expected - in order to keep the price low, the fingerprint recognition Touch ID will remain. In addition to the iPhone SE successor, Apple could present a completely new product in the spring - AR glasses are expected - more on this here. (Photo by Yastremska / Bigstockphoto)
