The rumors surrounding the iPhone SE successor show no signs of abating. This time, there are new details about the antenna design.
The latest report on the iPhone SE 2 comes from none other than the well-known TFI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. The Apple oracle now claims to have learned details about the new antenna design. According to him, Career Technologies and Murata Manufacturing are expected to deliver the corresponding components for the new antenna design in early 2020. Strictly speaking, this is a liquid crystal polymer antenna design. This would ensure significantly better wireless transmission - according to Kuo. In previous reports, the analyst revealed further details about the specifications. As a reminder: The iPhone SE successor is said to appear in the case of the iPhone 8 and thus have a 4.7-inch display with Touch ID. Inside will be the current A13 Bionic chip with 3 GB RAM.
Name unknown so far
The device will be available with 64 GB or 128 GB storage in space gray, silver or red. According to Kuo, the starting price will be 399 US dollars. We would also like to refer to the name again. The new iPhone will most likely not be called the iPhone SE 2 - at least that is what some observers believe. But until the first rumors about the new name emerge, it will be sold worldwide as the iPhone SE 2. You can find out everything we know about the iPhone SE successor here.
