The next Apple event is expected in September. Now there are reports that Apple is in the middle of preparations.
In his current “Power On” newsletter writes Mark Gurman that the event, which will take place in early September take place is already in production, suggesting that Apple is planning another virtual, pre-recorded event. Some have hoped that Apple would return to in-person events for this year's iPhone unveiling. But that doesn't seem to be the case. In June, Apple held WWDC mostly digitally, with only a limited number of people allowed to come to Apple Park to watch the recorded keynote and try out the new products.
In addition to the iPhone 14 event, another event could follow
Gurman says Apple may hold two events this fall, similar to the past few years. The September event will focus on the new iPhone 14 and Apple Watch Series 8, while the second event in October will focus on the Mac and iPad. The list of products Apple plans to launch this fall is long, so it's not surprising that there could be two events in the coming months. In addition to the new iPhones and Apple Watch, Apple also plans to announce a new iPad Pro, the second generation of AirPods Pro, and more. (Image: Apple)
