XDA developer Max Weinbach claims that the iPhone 12 Pro will come in a new finish - navy blue will replace the midnight green known from the iPhone 11 Pro. He shared his information with the YouTube channel "EverythingApplePro". Based on the statement, a new mockup of the upcoming iPhone 12 Pro was created.
No stranger in the Apple world
Weinbach is by no means unknown when it comes to predictions in the Apple cosmos. He already announced the new color options of the iPhone 11 in May 2019 - but at the time he claimed that the new green would replace the yellow version. So he wasn't quite right. He also promised some changes in the software area that actually came to pass, including the volume HUD. But Weinbach has also made statements that ultimately did not come true. So he has a mixed record, which is why an assessment is difficult at this point. It is also possible that Apple will add a navy blue version to the current selection - at least it cannot be ruled out.
