Rumors surrounding Apple are piling up at the moment. But there are supposed to be new details about the iPhone 12 from a reliable source.
In the middle of the week, a new video was uploaded to YouTube by EverythingApplePro, which is based on information from the well-known leaker Max Weinbach. Weinbach himself already made a name for himself with various details about upcoming Apple products last year, which is why such information is taken seriously. According to the current leak, Apple is said to have several iPhone 12 prototypes that use 64 megapixel lenses. In addition, the night mode is to be extended to the telephoto lens, while the ultra-wide-angle lens is to receive around 35 percent more light.
Larger battery, faster display
But the new equipment is currently causing problems in the software area - according to Weinbach. As part of the camera revision, Smart HDR could also be improved - the leaker notes. In addition to the camera upgrade, the iPhone 12 is also said to get a larger battery. There is talk of a whopping 4,400 mAh. According to previous rumors, Apple plans to equip the device with 5G and a 120Hz display. Accordingly, the larger battery would make sense, as both the 5G modem and the significantly faster display require more energy.
No Apple Keynote in March
In addition to the iPhone 12, the AirPods 3 were also mentioned. These are due to be released very soon. However, no specific time frame was given. What seems certain is that there will be no Apple keynote this month. Due to the coronavirus, Apple is said to have already decided against a live event. Accordingly, the new products will be presented via press release. (Photo by Foto-event / Bigstockphoto)
