A new report by The Elec According to reports, the iPhone 11 display will feature the same materials as Samsung's Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10. The display material of the iPhone X and iPhone XS is said to be known under the code name "LT2". The OLED screen of the iPhone 11 is said to contain materials referred to as "M9" - so The Elec. The two Samsung devices Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10 are also said to have "M9". Although Samsung is Apple's main supplier for OLED displays, Cupertino has usually used other materials for its iPhone panels. It is unclear why Apple would now forego its own creation.
