Rumor has it that Apple is working on an Apple Silicon M2 Pro Mac mini, a 14-inch MacBook Pro, and a 16-inch MacBook Pro. A Mac Pro tower equipped with an M2 Ultra and "M2 Extreme" chip is also in the works.
The Apple Silicon M2 chip generation as well as new models of the MacBook Air and the 13-inch MacBook Pro were presented during the WWDC keynote. Loud Mark Gurman’s Power On newsletter will cover the product roadmap for M2 Macs new Mac mini models with the latest generation of chips.
Apple Silicon: New iMac is still a long way off
The Mac mini will apparently be equipped with M2 and M2 Pro chips, while the 14-inch MacBook Pro and 16-inch MacBook Pro will use the M2 Pro and M2 Max variants. The long-awaited Mac Pro Tower will also benefit from the new generation, including a version of the M2 Ultra and a new "M2 Extreme" chip option.
