According to The Hollywood Reporter, the documentary has already been filmed and will cover the period following the release of Eilish's debut album, "When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go." The film or documentary will be available exclusively on Apple's streaming service and will feature Eilish in private moments with her family as well as behind-the-scenes footage of her at public appearances. The budget for this film adaptation is reported to have been as high as two million US dollars.
The already shot film was directed by RJ Cutler and produced in collaboration with Eilish's label, Interscope Records, with a budget of between one million and two million US dollars.
