Now a hint has emerged that gives hope for an imminent partnership between Apple and Google. The current version of the Google Home app has a new entry. Apple Music is listed among the available streaming services. Of course, the field cannot be clicked yet. Because the option is appearing on more and more devices, observers assume that it will be introduced soon. An official statement from both companies is still pending.
Apple opens up
By releasing Apple Music on third-party platforms, Apple wants to take further action against Spotify. Whether this will ultimately lead to increasing subscription numbers remains to be seen.
