The rumors surrounding a new 7th generation iPad and an iPad mini 5 are not abating. Now a new report has surfaced that Apple is planning to introduce another and as yet completely unknown iPad model.
While Apple updates the iPad Pro models every autumn, the entry-level 9.7" iPad has already been refreshed twice in a row in March. There has been a lot of speculation about the features of the entry-level tablet - ultimately, only the interior is to be refreshed. A new iPad mini 5 is also expected - this should not differ externally from its predecessor. Now the portal CoinX claims to have learned that Apple has a third iPad model in store and wants to present it on the same day. The previously unknown device is to take the place between the entry-level tablet and the iPad Pro with a 10.5" display - according to the report.
Delayed market launch
In the past, it was suspected that Apple wanted to give the cheaper iPad model a larger display - but this was denied by several sources. According to the portal, the third iPad model will not go on sale at the same time as the other two devices. The reason for this is not known. Further details about the equipment have not yet been leaked. Whether CoinX will be right in the end remains to be seen, of course. Due to the fact that the portal has already been correct in the past with leaks about the iPad Pro, this statement is being taken very seriously.
