In September the time has come – there will be three new iPhone models. Two OLED devices with 5.8" and 6.5" each as well as an LCD iPhone with 6.1" are waiting for us.
According to a recent report by Digitimes, 70 to 75 million iPhones of the next generation are expected to be sold by the end of the year. By comparison, Apple has sold over 215 million iPhone devices per year since the iPhone 6s. If the calculations work out, the iGroup could achieve a new record quarter. Producers such as Foxconn and TSMC should also be pleased about this.
LCD iPhone as a great support
According to the report, the 6.1" LCD device will play an important role here. If the rumors are true, Apple will offer the iPhone for 700-850 US dollars - a price that many fans would prefer. The largest model is said to be in the price category of the current iPhone X with 256 GB and the direct successor to the iPhone X will be available for 100 dollars less. This would lower Apple's average price, which should increase the chances of higher sales.
The new iPhones are expected in September – according to current rumors, Apple will present them on September 12th.
