The blog WaBetaInfo regularly reports on current beta versions of WhatsApp.
New features, improvements and changes in the popular messenger don't go unnoticed by the guys at WaBetaInfo. In the latest WhatsApp beta, an extension can be found in the privacy settings area. Almost everyone knows it - you have been added to a group - often without being asked - and that will soon be over. Users will be able to control who is added to a group. This means that permission can be granted to all WhatsApp users, only contacts or no one. If the user chooses the third option, they will receive a separate message with a link if they are invited and will have 72 hours to decide whether to join. The new function will soon appear in the public WhatsApp beta. It remains to be seen when the feature will be available to all users in the final version.
Version 2.19.20 was recently released – with it, Touch ID or Face ID was introduced into the messenger – so the screen lock activated.
