WhatsApp users who primarily use voice messages will be pleased with the latest discovery. The company is working on expanding the options for recording voice messages.
Like WABetainfo reported, WhatsApp is working on the ability to pause voice message recording. This means that when you are recording a voice message, you will be able to pause the recording and continue it if you wish, without having to start over. The feature is currently in development and is not available to beta testers. Nevertheless, the blog was able to see the feature in a new video introduce.
WhatsApp voice messages: More updates in the works
In the clip, WABetaInfo shows a new audio interface for WhatsApp. You can press play/pause, start/stop recording a conversation, set the length of the message and send it. Currently, recorded voice messages can only be listened to before they are sent. Anyone who works with voice messages often and a lot will certainly appreciate these functions. However, it is still unclear when the whole thing will actually be released. Since the feature is in development and public beta testers do not have access to it, it will probably be a while yet.
