WhatsApp down! We haven't read this message for a while. But now the messenger is again affected by a disruption. Instagram has even reported 20,000 users complaining about problems. While sending and receiving messages is only possible to a limited extent on WhatsApp, Instagram is suffering from problems updating the news feed.
