Apple updated its investor relations website today and announced a date for the release of its second quarter figures.
At the Apple Investor Relations The website states that the company will open its books on April 30th. The results for the second fiscal quarter (first calendar quarter) will be announced. Side note: Apple's fiscal year starts on October 1st and ends on September 30th. At the last quarterly figures release The Cupertino-based company forecast sales of 63-67 billion US dollars. While these were gradually reopened in March, the company had to close the remaining locations worldwide (outside China). According to reports, a reopening will not take place before May take place. This means that the sale of products currently depends on the online shop - demand is likely to be limited, however. A drop in sales is therefore to be expected.
