As part of iOS 14.5 and iPadOS 14.5, Apple rolled out a brand new set of Apple Music playlists that list the top 25 songs in more than 100 cities around the world.
Like Billboard reported, the new collection of playlists lists the top 25 trending and hottest songs for more than 100 cities around the world. The new collection can be found in the Discover section of the Apple Music app on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Non-Apple Music subscribers can also browse the playlists through Apple Music on the web.
Apple Music City Charts: German cities are also represented
Apple says the playlists are updated daily with songs that are "making waves" in cities around the world. Currently, over 100 cities are part of the collection - Apple could add more over time. The cities already available include New York City, LA, Atlanta, Miami, etc., as well as some German cities like Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne and Frankfurt. (Screenshot: Apfelpatient)
