watchOS 10 also offers mental health features, such as mood tracking and insights into connections between your mental state and lifestyle factors like daylight, sleep duration, and exercise. Apple Watch can also reduce the risk of nearsightedness by measuring daylight duration. Apple Fitness+ enhancements include custom training plans, stacking workouts and meditations, and the ability to customize Audio Focus settings. All Apple Watch models that support watchOS 9 are compatible with watchOS 10.
