Apple is preparing for a series of product launches this fall, according to new documentation that appeared today in the Eurasian Economic Commission's database, which includes unreleased Mac devices, Apple Watch models and new iPhones.
There are a total of six new Apple Watch identifiers, including A2473, A2474, A2475, A2476, A2477 and A2478. These are likely the new Apple Watch Series 7 models that will ship with watchOS 8. Rumors suggest that this year's lineup could receive a significant redesign that will offer thinner bezels and updated display technology. In addition, the S7 chip and new health features are expected.
Brand new MacBook Pro models
As for the Mac, the ECC database A2442 and A2485 as new devices. These are most likely the brand new MacBook Pro with 14- and 16-inch display diagonals. The new MacBook Pro models are expected to receive an updated Apple Silicon chip (either an M1X or an M2) and a completely redesigned design. The new devices are said to dispense with the Touch Bar in favor of a standard row of function keys. They also include many ports that were present in the previous models, including an SD card slot and an HDMI port along with Thunderbolt 4 ports. In addition, the devices are said to use MagSafe technology again and have a mini-LED display for the first time.
iPhone 13: Apple prepares launch
There are also updated entries for the new iPhone models that were spotted in the database back in June. At that time, several new model numbers were documented, including A2628, A2630, A2634, A2635, A2640, A2643 and A2645. These identifiers are probably the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. At the time of entry, iOS 14 was specified as the operating system. Now Apple has updated the whole thing and entered iOS 15. The launch of the new products is expected in September, October and November. As a reminder, Apple is obliged to register all products with encryption and/or cryptographic tools with the Eurasian Economic Commission, which is why these registrations are always made before the official launch. Some entries appear many months before the launch, while other registrations are made shortly before the launch. (Image: Apple)
