The Vodafone network is once again affected by a massive disruption.
Vodafone appears to have been experiencing problems with its cable network since around 5:00 p.m. local time. Customers are reporting massive disruptions on various portals, including allestörungen.de. A company spokesperson has already confirmed server issues. Customers in the regions around Munich, Nuremberg, Chemnitz, Dresden, Leipzig, Berlin, Hamburg, and Bremen are particularly affected. Other parts of Germany also appear to be affected by the outage.
According to the spokesperson, however, only cable customers are affected – according to Vodafone, mobile, TV, and DSL services are supposed to be working without issues – but this doesn't seem to be the case for all Vodafone customers, as some report on allestörungen.de.
