Apple has now released the final version of macOS Big Sur 11.2 for all Mac users – that’s new.
After Apple has already released iOS 14.4, iPadOS 14.4, tvOS 14.4 and watchOS 7.3, macOS Big Sur 11.2 is now following suit. The update seems to resolve some bugs on M1 Macs, including issues with Bluetooth connectivity and external displays. Below you will find the full update description verbatim. (Image: Apple)
macOS Big Sur 11.2 improves Bluetooth reliability and fixes the following issues:
- External displays may display a black screen when connected to a Mac mini (M1, 2020) using an HDMI to DVI converter.
- Edits to Apple ProRAW photos may not be saved in the Photos app.
- iCloud Drive may be disabled after turning off the iCloud Drive Desktop & Documents Folders option.
- Unlocking system settings may fail even if you enter an administrator password.
- Pressing the globe button may not open the Emojis & Symbols section.
Some features may not be available in all regions or on all Apple devices.
