Apple's unreleased Beats Studio Buds were spotted in the wild today in a series of Instagram photos shared by LeBron James. James appears to be wearing the Beats Studio Buds in white, based on the shape and design of the earbuds in his ears.
It is difficult to get a good look at the worn by James Beats Studio Buds. But we've already seen several images of the upcoming earphones. The Beats-branded wireless in-ear earphones were first spotted in the betas of tvOS 14.6 and iOS 14.6 earlier this month. The new Beats are easy to spot at first glance because they're different from all previous Beats headphones that Apple has released so far. They don't have an ear cup like the Powerbeats Pro. Compared to other Beats-branded headphones, the Beats Studio Buds are tiny in design and resemble in-ear headphones from companies like Samsung and Google - but with a distinctly Beats-like look.

Beats Studio Buds: Will AirPods Pro 2 have the same design?
Apple plans to offer the Beats Studio Buds in red, black, and white, with a matching oval charging case available with the headphones. Like the Powerbeats Pro, the Beats Studio Buds feature silicone ear tips that mold to the ears. The earbuds are not only seen in iOS 14.6 but also in FCC documents, and more images leaked a few days ago. The Beats Studio Buds are particularly interesting in light of the rumors surrounding the AirPods Pro 2. Apple's AirPods Pro 2 could feature a similar design. Rumors suggest that the updated AirPods will have a rounded, compact case that does not have a stem—a description that sounds a lot like the new Beats. There's no word yet on when Apple will unveil the new Beats, but since they've already received FCC approval, we could see them soon. (Cover image via MacRumors)
