Kaufland has been offering its own mobile phone tariffs for a long time. But now the grocery retailer has changed partners. "Kaufland mobil" is now available, which is based on the Telekom network.
Kaufland previously offered "K-Classic Mobil" tariffs, which were represented in the Telefonica mobile network. These are no longer offered because the partner has changed. Instead of Telefonica, Deutsche Telekom is now available as the supermarket chain's cooperation partner. "Kaufland mobil" offers new smartphone tariffs that can also be used by existing customers. Five individual tariffs are available, four of which have a data flat rate with LTE option (max. 25 Mbit/s). The term is limited to four weeks and can be extended by topping up the credit again, as is usual with prepaid tariffs. The following are available:
- basic – No basic fee, 9 cents per minute to all German networks. Each SMS is charged at 9 cents and the data volume can be booked flexibly.
- SMART XS – This tariff costs 4.99 euros (every 4 weeks) and includes 100 minutes to all German networks. SMS messages cost 9 cents each. The data volume is 1 GB with LTE (max. 25 Mbit/s).
- SMART S – This tariff costs 7.99 euros (every 4 weeks) and includes an all-network flat rate and SMS flat rate. The data volume is 3 GB with LTE (max. 25 Mbit/s).
- SMART M – This tariff costs 12.99 euros (every 4 weeks) and includes an all-network flat rate and SMS flat rate. The data volume is 5 GB with LTE (max. 25 Mbit/s).
- SMART L – This tariff costs 19.99 euros (every 4 weeks) and includes an all-network flat rate and SMS flat rate. The data volume is 7 GB with LTE (max. 25 Mbit/s).
