iPad mini 6 with charging problems: It's a pure software problem
Apple advises service providers and retailers to inform their customers that they should restart the device as a temporary solution while the investigation is ongoing. Apple specifically points out that a hardware replacement of the iPad or the battery will not fix the problem and that this is purely a software issue. Apple is currently testing iPadOS 15.6, which could solve the problem when it is released. (Photo by Unsplash / Jeremy Bezanger)
