The tenth-generation iPad from Apple has a revised design that is more similar to that of the iPad Pro and iPad Air.
The tenth-generation iPad, launched alongside the updated iPad Pro M2, has the biggest design change of any new product experience. The previous curved edges have been replaced by flat edges that match the aesthetics of the iPad Pro series and the iPhones.
iPad 10: Apple updates the design
To do justice to the larger screen, Apple has removed the home button from the front of the tablet and moved it to the side. This is in line with the aesthetics of the iPad Air, where Touch ID can also be found on the power button. Inside the iPad, the A14 Bionic system-on-chip is now used, in contrast to the A13, which was used in the ninth generation model. On the back is a 12-megapixel wide-angle camera with 4K video function. The FaceTime HD camera is still a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera with a 122-degree field of view and 1080p video recording.

Prices and availability
The new iPad is available in four colors - blue, pink, yellow and silver. Apple has also launched a new Magic Keyboard Folio for €299, which is said to have been specially developed for the new tenth-generation iPad but is only available in white. A new USB-C adapter for the Apple Pencil is required for connection and charging, which is supplied together with a new version of the Apple Pencil, which will continue to be sold for 119 euros. The adapter itself costs 10 euros. The ninth-generation iPad remains in the range with an unchanged price of 429 euros. The 10th generation iPad with WiFi and 64 GB of storage starts at 579 euros.
