Shortcut sharing for shortcuts created on iOS more than a week ago all no longer works. Interestingly, no other iCloud sharing features seem to be affected.
Shortcuts users on iOS are reporting serious issues with previously shared link collections. Any Shortcut sharing link that was not created in the last few days fails with a "Shortcut not found" error message. Any user can share a shortcut with friends or others online by creating a link in the Shortcuts app on iOS. The link, which Apple calls an "iCloud link," is accessible via the Share button in each shortcut and can be copied or sent directly to someone.
Shortcuts: Has Apple made changes in the backend?
The process works correctly for all newly shared shortcuts, but fails for all shortcuts shared a few days ago. Shortcuts hosted in Apple's "Gallery" don't seem to have any issues, however. Apple has not yet commented on the backend changes it is believed to have made to iCloud sharing. Unless Apple reverses the changes or fixes the broken links in some way, individual users are currently left with no choice but to recreate each shortcut individually. Matthew Cassinelli has reported the issue on both Reddit and Twitter highlighted. Owners of websites that host hundreds of shortcuts in some cases confirm that the problem is universal.
