The updates for iOS 16.4, iPadOS 16.4, macOS Ventura 13.3 and tvOS 16.4 add support for the PlayStation 5 DualSense Edge wireless controller so that it can be used with Apple devices.
Despite being released in January, the new PlayStation controller has not been supported by Apple devices until now. Just last month, some PlayStation users complained about the lack of support. Sony introduced the DualSense Edge back in October. It is "ultra-customizable" and features standard, high-dome and low-dome caps, half-dome buttons on the back and lever buttons on the back so pro gamers can swap out their controls.
