Apple released iOS 16.4.1, iPadOS 16.4.1 and macOS 13.3.1 this evening, small updates designed to fix bugs.
iOS 16.4.1, iPadOS 16.4.1 and macOS 13.3.1 are bug fix updates that were released almost two weeks after the release of iOS 16.4, iPadOS 16.4 and macOS 13.3 published The updates can be downloaded from Settings > General > Software Update. According to Apple's release notes, iOS 16.4.1 fixes an issue that may cause Siri to become unresponsive in certain cases and adds skin tone variations for the sliding hand emoji.

The update description states:
This update provides important bug fixes and security updates for your iPhone:
- No skin tone variations are displayed for the pushing hands emojis.
- Siri sometimes doesn't respond.
Apple is already testing iOS 16.5, the successor to iOS 16.4, and will roll out the beta of iOS 17 in June, the next generation of iOS that is expected to be unveiled at WWDC. As for macOS 13.3.1, two bugs have been fixed there too:
- No skin tone variations are displayed for the pushing hands emojis.
- Automatically unlocking your Mac with your Apple Watch may not work.
