The iOS 16.1 Beta 2 version not only contains a new battery icon but also fixes the constant copy & paste notifications under iOS 16.
With iOS 16.1 Beta 2 update your iPhone will no longer repeatedly ask you for permission to copy and paste in an app. When an app accesses the clipboard and tries to auto-paste, you'll still see a pop-up message about copying and pasting. This is similar to the privacy feature in iOS 15. However, you won't see the pop-up if you manually copy from one app, tap into a text field, and choose Paste in another app.

iOS 16.1 Beta 2 fixes more bugs
This change comes after an Apple executive recently confirmed that the "Confirm Paste Each Time" popup was not the intended behavior and would be fixed in a future software update. In addition, today's iOS 16.1 beta 2 release also fixes an issue with the three-finger system gesture. This gesture bug often caused the system menu to display notifications about pasteboard actions or undo them instead of performing the correct action assigned to the three-finger gesture in each app. (Photo by yalcin.sonat / Bigstockphoto)
