iOS 14 introduced a new user interface in the Clock app, which was quite a departure from the tried and tested version from previous years. With iOS 15, Apple is returning to the familiar design - system-wide.
iOS 14 has caused a lot of discontent in the area of alarm settings. The whole thing was even described as "unintuitive". Instead of the large, wheel-shaped dial, a small hybrid approach was chosen that includes both a numpad input and a somewhat hidden dial - system-wide. Many users found it less convenient and intuitive to use.
iOS 15: The old dial selection is back
Apparently Apple has taken the criticism to heart and decided to bring back the tried and tested large dial selection from iOS 13 and earlier. You will find it in iOS 15 throughout system and the special thing is that it has an even more beautiful design than ever before. Here is a comparison - iOS 14 to iOS 15 alarm clock:

Since the updated dialing aid has been integrated system-wide, it will of course also be found in apps such as reminders, calendars, etc. In addition to Apple apps, third-party applications are also taken into account. (Photo by oasisamuel / Bigstockphoto)
