As previously reported, Apple has started a new beta phase and released iOS 15.4, iPadOS 15.4 and more. New features have been added in various areas, including the iCloud keychain.
As you know, you can access the passwords stored in iCloud via the Passwords menu in the Settings app. If you under In iOS 15.4, when you tap a password to edit it, there is now a new option to add a note text next to the login information.
