As expected, Apple has released the second preview of iOS 15.2, iPadOS 15.2, tvOS 15.2, watchOS 8.3 and macOS 12.1 Monterey to registered developers.
Registered developers can now download the second preview of iOS 15.2 and Co. via the Developer Center or alternatively over-the-air download. The first version contained only a few new features, but very important ones. For example, the app privacy report was integrated. As a reminder, Apple announced the new "App Privacy Report" feature back in June during the WWDC 2021 keynote. It was supposed to be introduced together with iOS 15 in September, but was one of the many features that were postponed until a later date. We will find out what new features the second version contains in the next few hours. If the update contains any changes worth mentioning, we will report on them separately as always.
Beta note:
As usual, a preview should not be installed on a device that is actively in use, as these are usually quite unstable and prone to errors - we recommend a second device for this. (Photo by ilixe48 / Bigstockphoto)
