The application is available for iPhone, Apple Watch and Apple TV. The app is codenamed "Seymour" and could be called "Fit" or "Fitness" in the final version. According to the code, it is a standalone app that is compatible with iOS 14, tvOS 14 and watchOS 7. According to initial information, users will be able to download fitness videos that cover a range of different training options and activities. Instructions on how to perform each exercise are also included.

While the Apple Watch records the workout, the videos can be played on the iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. The progress is synchronized between the devices. Apple seems to want to offer the application for free, as there are currently no indications of in-app purchases or similar. According to initial findings, the app is said to contain a variety of different training options, including indoor running, cycling, rowing, stretching, strength training, outdoor walking, dancing and yoga.
