Starting in March 2020, you can distribute the iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and tvOS versions of your application as a universal purchase, allowing customers to enjoy your application and in-app purchases across platforms by purchasing once. You can create a new app for these platforms using a single app record in App Store Connect, or add platforms to your existing app record. Start building and testing your applications using a single bundle ID with Xcode 11.4 beta. Additionally, App Store categories will be unified across the App Store and Mac App Store to reflect this change and make your applications more discoverable.
watchOS App Store gets in-app purchase option
According to Apple, universal purchasing will be enabled by default for Mac Catalyst applications created with Xcode 11.4 or later. They will also receive the same identifier as iOS apps. As part of the update, Apple has now integrated the option to offer in-app purchases in the watchOS App Store.
