Apple's iOS 13.2 release note in full:
iOS 13.2 debuts Deep Fusion, an innovative image processing feature that uses the A13 Bionic Neural Engine to capture images with significantly more texture, detail, and fewer artifacts in low light on iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max. Other features include updated and additional emojis, Announce Messages for AirPods, support for AirPods Pro, secure HomeKit video, HomeKit-compatible routers, and new privacy settings for Siri. This update also includes bug fixes and improvements.
camera
- Deep Fusion for iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max uses the A13 Bionic Neural Engine. This can capture multiple images with different exposures and perform pixel-by-pixel analysis. The highest quality parts of the image are combined to produce photos with significantly improved textures and details and reduced image defects. This is especially true for scenes with medium or low lighting.
- The video resolution can be changed directly in the Camera app on the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max.
emoji
- Over 70 new and updated emojis, including animals, food, activities, new accessibility emojis, gender-neutral emojis, and selectable skin tones for emoji pairs.
support for AirPods
- Announce Messages option that allows Siri to read incoming messages to you through your AirPods.
- Support for AirPods Pro.
app "Home"
- The HomeKit Secure Video feature allows you to reliably record, save and display encrypted videos from your security cameras. It is now also possible to detect people, animals and vehicles.
- HomeKit-compatible routers give you precise control over how your HomeKit devices communicate over the Internet or in your home.
Siri
- In privacy settings, you can choose whether you want to help improve Siri and Dictation by allowing Apple to store audio recordings of your interactions with Siri and Dictation.
- Ability to delete your communication history with Siri and the dictation function from the Siri settings
