Apple recently introduced brand new iMac devices, a new generation of iPad Pro and a revised Apple TV 4K model. The new products can now be officially pre-ordered.
Apple unveiled new products at the Spring Loaded event, including iMac devices with a brand new design. The redesigned 2021 iMac has an updated and sleeker design that is much more compact than its predecessors thanks to the smaller footprint of the M1 system-on-chip design. It has softer edges and a front bezel that consists of a single pane of glass. On the display side, the new iMac features a 24-inch Retina display with True Tone support. It also comes with a graphics card that is up to 2x faster than previous models. In a nod to the original iMac G3 from 1998, the new iMacs come in a range of new color options, including green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, blue, and silver. The new Model is available in three versions. Prices start at 1,449 euros.

iPad Pro 2021 with XDR display
The 12.9-inch iPad Pro, which was introduced during the “Spring Loaded” event, differs from the 11-inch update by using a new display that Apple calls Liquid Retina XDR. For this iteration, Apple uses mini-LED technology. It houses 10,000 mini-LEDs behind the 12.9-inch screen, using significantly more light sources than the 72 LEDs of the previous model. Overall, the display can output 1,000 nits at full screen brightness and 1,600 nits at peak brightness. The advantage of this technology is similar to the Pro Display XDR. But the iPad Pro goes even further. Due to the sheer number of mini-LEDs, it has 2,596 local dimming zones and thus achieves a contrast ratio of 1 million to 1. In terms of price, the new generation with 11-inch at 879 euros while the 12.9-inch version is set at 1,199 euros. If you want the high-end version, you have to pay a whopping 2,579 euros.

Apple TV 4K and a brand new Siri Remote
In addition to new iPad Pro and iMac models, there is now also a revised version of the Apple TV 4K with a brand new Siri Remote. The unveiled sixth generation Apple TV is an update to the product line with new internals, led by the A12 Bionic CPU. It also includes a redesigned Siri Remote, which is intended to serve as a universal remote for controlling all devices. The new remote features a clickpad with 5-way navigation for improved accuracy. It also offers a circular gesture on the edge for jog control, similar to the iPod classic. Apple has also moved the Siri button to the side, mimicking how the power button on an iPhone is held for Siri. While the Apple TV 4K with the new remote is available from just 199 euros, Apple TV owners of older generations can also purchase the remote separately. This is now available from Apple for around 65 euros pre-orderable.
