Apple today released a new beta version of the audioOS 15 software for the HomePod, not only fixing serious issues but also adding support for lossless audio.
In June, Apple added support for Lossless Audio and Spatial Audio in Apple Music. However, at launch, Lossless Audio was not available on the HomePod or HomePod mini. However, the company clarified in a support document that Lossless Audio will be available for the HomePod and HomePod mini in the future.
