Apple has now announced that the company will announce and discuss its third fiscal quarter 2021 results (second calendar quarter) on Tuesday, July 27. Side note: Apple's fiscal year starts on October 1 and ends on September 30.
In addition to announcing the quarterly results, Apple will also hold a conference call with journalists and analysts hold. The conference call is scheduled to take place on Tuesday at 11 p.m. in this country, as the company announced on its investor relations website. Apple's conference call can normally last up to an hour. CEO Tim Cook and CFO Luca Maestri will, as always, make their statements before answering questions from financial analysts. During the Q2 2021 conference, Cupertino did not give any specific forecast for the third quarter.
iMac, iPad Pro & AirTags: An exciting quarter
However, the company noted that while it expects "strong double-digit growth" during the period, it also predicts a larger sequential decline. Historically, Apple's third quarter tends to be more subdued than previous quarters. However, Apple did introduce a whole host of new hardware products in April, including updates to the iPad, Mac, and accessories. The new spring lineup includes a redesigned 24-inch iMac, iPad Pro models equipped with M1 chips, and the AirTags. So things should certainly remain exciting. (Photo by digitalista / Bigstockphoto)
