Facebook has started testing the new user interface for the web version, which also includes dark mode.
Mark Zuckerberg presented a major redesign of Facebook for iOS and the web at the F8 developer conference. While iOS already has the new interface, the web version is still a long way off. But things are now moving. Facebook has started testing a new user interface including dark mode on the web. Selected users will have access to the beta version of the website. They will be able to switch between the old and the new look. The design is said to be very reminiscent of the user interface of the short message service Twitter. Since this is only a beta version of the website, there are various bugs - for example, the dark mode is said to make some texts illegible.
It should also be noted that the final version may differ from the current one. If you have also been invited to the beta test, you can switch between the classic and beta view in the settings at any time. When Facebook will release the dark mode for the iOS application remains unknown until further notice. We will keep you updated as usual. (Photo by porover / Bigstockphoto)
