The social network Facebook appears to have been struggling with technical problems since Tuesday afternoon. The portals downdetector.com and AlleStörungen.de have reported several technical problems with the world's largest social network since 1:49 p.m.
Europe, North America and South America are mainly affected. Most error messages relate to loading the page – some users say that logging in is also not possible. On Twitter, the hashtag “Facebookdown“ also reported problems with posting. Other users don't seem to have noticed anything yet. In addition to Facebook, Instagram is also said to be suffering from several error messages. What caused the technical problems is not yet known.
