Smart home manufacturer Adobe has introduced a new security camera for indoor and outdoor use.
Like many competing models, the new security camera also has well-known features such as 1080p video recording, a 152-degree field of view, infrared night vision, motion detector, face recognition, a built-in microphone and a speaker for two-way communication. The smart home device is certified according to the IP65 standard, so it is water and dust resistant.
HomeKit integration follows
According to the company, HomeKit certification has already been applied for. However, it is not known how long the process will take. If Apple approves the application, users of this new security camera will be able to stream live videos to the Home app and control the camera with Siri voice commands. The new smart home device is expected to debut in the first quarter of 2020 and will cost around $199. (Photo by Andrey Suslov / Bigstockphoto)
