According to Apple, today's update to iOS 15.2.1 includes bug fixes for CarPlay and sharing photos via the Messages app. You can update your iPhone to iOS 15.2.1 by going to Settings, then General, then Software Update. The build number for today's update is 19C63. It is around 960 MB in size on the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
