watchOS 9 has added another feature that users on Apple Watch Series 6 or earlier may miss. Starting with the upcoming operating system, Apple Watch Series 7 users will be able to use QuickType, a familiar feature from iOS.
As graphic designer Brahm Shank found out , QuickType will be available to Apple Watch Series 7 users with watchOS 9. As a reminder, QuickType is a predictive text feature that suggests words and phrases that match your language. In other words, it tries to save you time when you're typing a message on your Apple Watch with watchOS 9.
watchOS 9: Answering messages becomes easier
Since Apple is expanding the Apple Watch Series 7's QWERTY keyboard to more languages with the upcoming update, adding QuickType is obviously an advantage. This means that QuickType will also be available for the following languages:
- French
- German
- Italian
- Japanese
- Portuguese (Brazil)
- Spanish (Mexico, Spain, Latin America)
