The widespread unavailability of the Apple Watch Series 6 in titanium suggests that Apple is significantly limiting production volumes. However, it could also be that Apple is discontinuing the titanium edition altogether.
The Apple Watch Edition of the Apple Watch Series 6 offers the device in a version with a titanium case. However, the availability of this model is quite limited. Loud According to Mark Gurman, the Titan model is listed as unavailable for pickup at Apple Stores in the United States and other major markets. The same phenomenon can be observed here, too. However, Apple has not officially discontinued the model yet.

But given the rumors surrounding a successor that is due to be unveiled in September, it seems quite plausible that Apple is already significantly limiting production volumes. Gurman suspects, however, that the premium model was only produced in small quantities. Production probably ended in the spring, with the unavailability being due to the model's stocks eventually running out.
