The Apple TV has today gained two very well-known and popular apps – in addition to Spotify The official Twitch app has now been released under tvOS 13.
The Twitch platform is a live streaming portal that is primarily used for video games. While an iOS and Mac app has been available for some time, fans have had to do without an Apple TV application until now. But as of today, that's all over - the official Twitch app can now be downloaded directly from the tvOS App Store on Apple TV HD or 4K models. This means that Twitch viewers can watch their favorite streams directly and conveniently on their own television set - without any annoying detours. The new application offers the same functions under tvOS 13 as under iOS and macOS. This means that users can watch live streams, clips and videos and have access to the on-screen chat. Since the new Twitch app is currently being rolled out, it may not be available to everyone immediately. Interested parties are asked to be patient. If you are in a hurry, there is a trick you can use to shorten the waiting time.
