Apple has released a “First Look Featurette” for the upcoming drama series “Truth Be Told” on YouTube.
The TV+ drama "Truth Be Told" starts on December 6th on Apple's new streaming service. The company has now released a "First Look Featurette". The three-minute video provides an insight into the filming and introduces the plot of the new drama series. "Truth Be Told" is about a podcaster - played by Octavia Spencer - whose sensationally successful crime show may have landed an innocent man in prison.
Based on the novel by Kathleen Barber, Truth Be Told offers a unique insight into America's obsession with true crime podcasts and asks its viewers to consider the consequences of putting the pursuit of justice on a public stage.
