The Apple Support app has received a new update with version 4.3, which adds paired AirPods to the list of devices.
Previously, when users needed AirPods support related to "Audio & Sound," "Lost or Missing AirPods," "Battery & Charging," "Pairing & Connection," "Physical or Liquid Damage," or more, they had to click on a generic AirPods icon in the Apple Support app. But now it's much easier. Starting with version 4.3, all the AirPods you own will be displayed in the device list. If you click on "Device Details," you'll get information about the model, serial number, and coverage.
